Napa Wineries: Duckhorn, B Cellars, and a Casual Dinner at Oxbow Public Market

After arriving in Napa and a feast at Morimoto, it was time for a full day of wine touring.

Coffee and Treats on the Balcony

This lovely hotel brought us coffee and treats in the morning, which we enjoyed on our little balcony before heading out for a day of wine.

Duckhorn: A Napa Staple

Our first vineyard of the day was Duckhorn, a staple in the Napa region — mainly delicious reds. A beautiful way to spend a morning (never too early for a little wine).

B Cellars and the Oakville Trek

Then over to B Cellars, a small vineyard in the Oakville region. Great facilities and personnel, absolutely lovely. We did the Oakville Trek: a welcome wine and food bite, followed by more wine and a tour of the facilities and production, then a final food bite and wine pairing. Simply delicious.

We also stopped at a few others along the way.

Dinner at Oxbow Public Market

For dinner we walked over to Oxbow Public Market and made a meal of it — oysters followed by a huge charcuterie board to share. Then a beautiful walk back to the hotel through Napa.
