On this, our last port of call, we booked a private tour with We Hate Tourism. Kitschy name for a tour company, but highly rated. Ana was ready for us when we disembarked.

A Sunny Morning in Lisboa

It was a sunny, warm day in Lisboa, with great views of the city to start our day as Ana provided history and context as she showed us around. It was a Sunday, which meant many shops were either not open or would be open later.

Sintra: A Tour, Free Time, and a Perfect Pastry

Ana then drove us to Sintra and provided a tour and overview with some free time. She offered a tip for a great morning pastry, and we took the opportunity — hot, crispy, and delicious.

Cabo da Roca and a Sunday Supper in Cascais

Lastly, Ana brought us to the shore at Cabo da Roca and on to the fishing town of Cascais, where we ate a traditional Sunday supper at a local restaurant.
